How we use public regulatory content

CarverAgents builds regulatory intelligence tools that draw on publicly published content from regulators, financial associations, and related bodies. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, and how to reach us if you have questions or concerns.

What we collect

We collect publicly available regulatory content — things like rule changes, guidance documents, circulars, and public notices — from regulator and industry-association websites.

We don't access content behind logins or paywalls, and we don't collect personal data as part of this process.

How we use it

Everything we collect is used to build intelligence: extracted facts, summarized policy shifts, and structured signals — not full-text reproductions of the original material.

We don't resell or redistribute the underlying source content as-is.

How we attribute it

If your organization's public content is referenced in Carver's outputs, it's always cited back to your original page.

We aim to be a source of traffic and visibility for the regulators and institutions we track, not a replacement for their own publications.
